The unique solution for your well-being
ACTS ON 4 LEVELS
CARTIS® patented technology gives you unparalleled water quality on a constant flow basis from every tap in your property.
CARTIS patented products make it the only company able to manufacture comprehensive water treatment units that are self-sufficient in energy and require no maintenance for 8 Years*.
Water is life! Although the water we drink and wash with is drinkable, it is not always good for our health, as these studies prove.

While the role of activated carbon in water filtration has long been recognised, the limitations of this system mean cartridges must be replaced regularly. With the plasma
treatment, the microporous carbon particles are metallised with pure silver metal
(N6 = 99.9999%) in a nanometric layer. This operation is performed in a cold plasma furnace (10,000°C), thereby creating strong covalent bonds.
Activated carbon, once treated, can not only capture chlorine and other pollutants but is also a powerful bactericidal and antifungal agent with residual properties.
This process developed in conjunction with the CNRS has received financial aid from ANVAR (French national agency for research development) for innovative processes.
Over 99% of total body calcium is found in bones and teeth, where it functions as a key structural element. The remaining body calcium functions in metabolism, serving as a signal for vital physiological processes, including vascular contraction, blood clotting, muscle contraction and nerve transmission. Inadequate intakes of calcium have been associated with increased risks of osteoporosis, Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), colorectal cancer, hypertension and stroke, coronary artery disease, insulin resistance and obesity. Most of these disorders have treatments but no cures. Owing to a lack of compelling evidence for the role of calcium as a single contributory element in relation to these diseases, estimates of calcium requirement have been made on the basis of bone health outcomes, with the goal of optimizing bone mineral density. Calcium is unique among nutrients, in that the body’s reserve is also functional: increasing bone mass is linearly related to reduction in fracture risk.
Magnesium is the fourth most abundant cation in the body and the second most abundant cation in intracellular fluid. It is a cofactor for some 350 cellular enzymes, many of which are involved in energy metabolism. It is also involved in protein and nucleic acid synthesis and is needed for normal vascular tone and insulin sensitivity. Low magnesium levels are associated with endothelial dysfunction, increased vascular reactions, elevated circulating levels of creactive protein and decreased insulin sensitivity. Low magnesium status has been implicated in hypertension, coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome.
Water purification may sound simple because it is just what it claims to be: the process of purifying water, or removing what isn’t wanted from water. Like filtered
water, purified water methods can remove harmful contaminants, but some purified water systems use chemicals like iodine or chlorine in their water-cleaning processes,
rather than eliminating them. Additionally, some water purification systems like reverse osmosis remove beneficial minerals like magnesium and calcium.
Purified water can also be a tricky beast because it is used to define several types of water such as distilled water, deionized water, and even filtered water! But as you can see, certain processes of making purified water can be quite different than how filtered water is made.
Water filtration systems typically remove more impurities than other methods. This is because commercial water filters are specifically-designed to work with treated
water that comes out of your tap at home, your office, or your business. Many water filtration systems use activated carbon that prevents unwanted, microscopic
contaminants from entering your drinking water. Because the majority of harmful water impurities are carbon-based, water filters can be extremely effective in keeping
your drinking water safe and healthy. Here are some other healthy benefits of filtered water :
